At skeldapillows.com, your satisfaction is our priority. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a simple return and refund process outlined below.
100-Night Trial (Skelda Pillow)
Try your Skelda pillow for 100 nights from the delivery date. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a return and refund within this period.
Adjustment period: We recommend trying the pillow for at least 14 nights to allow your body time to adjust.
Eligibility
To qualify for a 100-night trial return:
- The item must have been purchased from skeldapillows.com
- The return request must be submitted within 100 nights of delivery
- The pillow must be returned in reasonable condition (normal at-home use is OK)
- The item must not have intentional damage, misuse, or heavy staining/soiling
Hygiene note: Returns may be refused if the product is returned with strong odors, bodily fluid stains, mold/mildew, or damage beyond normal home use.
Return Shipping
For standard 100-night trial returns (comfort/fit), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us and we will help resolve it (see section below).
Defective / Damaged / Incorrect / Missing Items
If your order arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at skeldapillow@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.
How to Start a Return
- Email skeldapillow@gmail.com to request return instructions
- Include your order number (and reason for return, optional)
- We will provide the return address and next steps
Important: Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refund Timing
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 10–12 business days for your financial institution to complete the refund after it has been processed.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Orders that do not arrive due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Items returned outside the return period
- Items returned with intentional damage, misuse, or in unsanitary condition
Warranty (1 Year)
We offer a 1-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
To make a warranty claim, email skeldapillow@gmail.com with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. If approved, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
